Domestic worker recruitment contract

  1. The first party is obligated to bring the domestic worker to the second party according to the following conditions:

The value of recruitment () and the value of clearance of transactions (), the total (), the worker is called kumara, and she has a passport number: N123456, to work for the second party in the profession: a domestic worker with a monthly salary of 120 net without deductions, from the date of the contract and receipt.

  1. The first party is obliged to guarantee the worker for a period of 180 days from the date of recruitment / entry into the Sultanate, and the guarantee includes if it is discovered that she had the disease before entering the Sultanate with the following diseases: Infectious disease, b. Pregnancy and abstaining from work without legal justification.
  2. Chronic or mental illness or medical disability covered by the guarantee is proven by a medical certificate issued by a government hospital in the Sultanate proving that the disease is before its entry into the Sultanate.
  3. The first party is obligated to replace the worker only, but in the event of a request to return the amount, the value of the transaction clearance (insurance – if any – and the embassy, ​​transportation, telephone and mail contracts, with an amount of 200 Omani riyals only) shall be deducted from the office.
  4. According to the Omani Labor Law, it is not permissible to employ a worker for more than (9) hours per day, and it is not permissible to employ them for another sponsor or in a house other than the sponsor’s home, and if the opposite is proven, the office is not responsible for his refusal (1) to work.
  5. The second party is fully responsible for the worker before the governmental and official authorities, and the office will not receive any returned workers until the sponsor obtains a work card for her.
  6. The second party must treat the worker well and prepare a suitable place for her in the home and not assault her by beating or harassment, provide medical treatment free of charge throughout his work period, and allow her to contact her country twice a month.
  7. In the event that the worker returns or assigns the second party, the second party does not have the right to claim the sums of the Ministry of Manpower (authorized) or the value of medical examinations (the office is not completely responsible for them)
  8. The second party must pay the salaries to the worker starting from the first month and as specified in the above contract without discounts for treatment.
  9. The office is not responsible for providing the necessary checks for COVID-19 and medical quarantine (14 days).
  10. The office is not responsible for the employee running away during the guarantee period or refusing to work if it is found that the reason was not paid in full, even if with her consent.
