3- The first party provides all the assistance and assistance to the extent possible to resolve any dispute that may arise between the maid and the sponsor throughout her stay in the country.
4- The first party is not obligated to compensate the second party for the value of the bill, the work card, or any other fees paid to the Ministry of Manpower or any other party from the date of the arrival of the worker until her departure, and the office will not receive any returned worker before the sponsor extracts her work card unless they agree on That.
5- The first party is not obligated to return any cash at all, but rather is obligated to replace the worker according to the stipulated agreement.
6- The second party undertakes to insure the worker in terms of housing, food, treatment, and to pay her salaries monthly, without delay or deduction.
7- The sponsor is fully responsible for the worker before the governmental and official departments.
8- The office is not responsible for the employee’s escape at all during the warranty period or after the guarantee.
